Why We Work With Horses
Horses mirror the human behaviour they perceive, offering a natural and immediate non-judgemental feedback. Horses don’t care who you are, what you do, or when you are not in the moment with them. This allows people to understand the impact of their presence, leadership style, and communication in an open and relaxed setting.

Who We Are
Louise Southcott has worked in innovation,
strategic planning and has had a successful business in market research for more than 20 years. Louise is a certified NLP practitioner and coach. Louise relocated to Bath to live her best life, combining her business skills with more purpose to start Quadriga Forum.
Alison Ashworth is a communications specialist who has held senior positions in a variety of businesses, from small start-ups to the biggest global advertising agencies. She has managed multidisciplinary teams and coached individuals from varied backgrounds and now consults, keeps bees, spoils her horse Baloo Bear, and loves being part of the Quadriga team.
