Respect

All participants are to be treated with respect, including the horses and facilitator(s), regardless of race, colour, ethnicity, religious belief or lack of, culture, neurodivergence, gender, sexual preferences or age.​
Safety

Safety is an important factor of interacting and connecting with horses.

We, at Quadriga Forum, take responsibility for all participants with regard to their health and safety together with the understanding that each participant agrees to take responsibility not only for their own safety but also for the safety of others.

Mobile phones are a distraction and participants will be asked to turn their phones off and to leave them outside of arenas where interactions with horses take place.

Robust footwear and appropriate clothing needs to be worn in accordance with the safety contract.
Health and Safety

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the health and safety of participants by Quadriga Forum it is to be understood that each individual is responsible for their own health and safety and for the safety of others.

Confidentiality

All information received about an individual will be strictly confidential in accordance with data protection. This includes confidentially of others by participants specifically during and after EFE* sessions.
Imagery & Social Media

The use of mobile phones for the taking of photographs and videoing is not permitted on the premises at any time in the interests of data protection and safeguarding.
All children under the age of 16

Must be accompanied by a responsible adult and remain visible to them at all times. This person will not be classed, or treated as, part of any session.
Mobility

Quadriga Forum premises may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues
Refusal
-
Quadriga Forum reserves the right to choose who they work with, without the need to offer an explanation. This includes the right to refuse to work with anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
Advance Payment

All sessions, workshops, intensives etc. are payable in advance.
Cancellation
-
A strict 48 hour cancellation policy is adhered to without exception.
Licence

We are fully licensed by Wiltshire Council
Insurance

We are fully insured personally and professionally with Baleus
Results
-
There are no guarantees with regard to the achievement of desired results by individuals during or after sessions with Quadriga Forum
